  • Exchange or return requests must be made within 1–5 days from the date the item is received.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

2. Applicable Items

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted only for robes and non-underwear items.

  • Underwear items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Delivery Charges

  • All return and exchange delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Please contact our customer care team within the eligible timeframe to initiate a request.

  • Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
